SHIPPING AT HOME or with FREEZE DEPOSIT

It is possible to receive MacaKit comfortably at home, thanks to the GLS rapid transport system. Shipments will be made on the Tuesday following the day the payment is received, in order to better respect the natural rhythms of the small caterpillars. Given its particular content, the package will be transported by fast express courier, it will leave in the evening to be at its destination the next day (or at the latest in 48 hours, in the most remote areas). The cost of shipping (up to a maximum of 12kit) for Italy is € 9 (Calabria-Sicily + € 2, Sardinia + € 3, Venice + € 8.  In the latter cases you will have to opt for the purchase via "module" to allow the calculation of shipping costs ). In case of  mark  the fare is  increased by 6.1 Euros, and it is mandatory to specify a valid telephone number. Cash on delivery orders will not be processed until the recipient's telephone number is indicated.

By choosing the freeze deposit option it will be possible to collect the package personally, at the desired GLS center between 8: 30-13: 00/14: 30-18: 30 and on Saturday: 8: 30-12: 00. Those who choose this option are asked to specify it in the notes, also indicating the address of the chosen GLS office. USEFUL INFORMATION

It is the Customer's responsibility to be available at the time of delivery to the address indicated, for this reason we advise you to adequately consider which address to provide, possibly evaluating to opt for an alternative to the domestic one: work address, address of friends / relatives always in home, concierge address.

If you are not available from the courier, it will not be possible to claim in any way for any damage to the goods.

COLLECTION AT THE SPIGA D'ORO (TREVISO AREA)

It is possible to buy MacaKit online, and collect it directly at the La Spiga D'oro market,  Viale della Repubblica, 193, 31100 Treviso TV.  In this case the shipping costs will be refunded.  Once you have purchased the kit (including the caterpillars) and received confirmation from us, the kit must be collected starting from Tuesday evening (6.00 pm) and no later than Wednesday.
